End User Technical Support
The Tooling Support Group provides end user technical support through both formalized training in a classroom setting and hands-on training in the end user facility. Using both training formats allows us to demonstrate the proper and safe use of a product while simultaneously evaluating the effectiveness of the application.
Documented Cost Savings
The Tooling Support Group believes in documenting cost savings developed for their customers, providing value to both distributors and end users. This documented cost savings program was a contributing factor when TSG became the first Manufacturers Representative (MR) firm to be named an ISA value-added partner and the first MR firm to be named as the recipient of the American Eagle Award.
Customized Sales + Marketing Support
The Tooling Support Group produces and prints customized sales brochures for distributor promotions, participating in promotion development and presentation as requested by the distributor.
Sales Training
The Tooling Support Group has developed a sales training program that we offer to both our distributors and manufacturers. This training is based on our years of successful sales experience as well as various sales training insights we have gained from other professionals.
Trade Shows
The Tooling Support Group supports our manufacturers by participating in local and regional trade shows such as the PMPA and AMTS shows, along with distributor open houses. TSG develops high quality training programs for end user and distributor personnel, focusing on both inside and outside sales forces at the distributor location. We will develop training information for new product launches.
